AI Disclaimer
Last updated: March 2026 — Important information about how AI-RADAR works and what it can and cannot do.
AI-RADAR uses artificial intelligence to generate business diagnostic reports. These reports are automated, based on publicly available data, and are informational in nature. They are not a substitute for professional business, legal, financial, or marketing advice.
1. How the AI Works
AI-RADAR uses Anthropic's Claude language model to analyse your business website. The process is as follows:
- Your submitted website URL is crawled for publicly accessible information
- Claude analyses the content against our proprietary CUBE framework and scoring engines
- A structured JSON report is generated and rendered into your personalised report page
- The entire process is automated — no human at Cubink Digital reviews your data before the report is produced
2. What AI-RADAR Can Do
- Identify publicly observable gaps in your AI visibility and online presence
- Benchmark your business against general best practices for the AI economy
- Surface structural issues in lead capture, follow-up, and conversion infrastructure
- Provide a prioritised action plan based on detected gaps
- Personalise recommendations based on your qualification answers
3. What AI-RADAR Cannot Do
- Access private or internal data — all analysis is based on publicly available information only
- Guarantee accuracy — AI models can make errors, misinterpret content, or miss information not publicly visible
- Predict business outcomes — report recommendations do not guarantee revenue growth or competitive improvement
- Replace professional advice — nothing in this report constitutes legal, financial, or professional marketing advice
- Reflect real-time data — AI platform testing results vary by model version, user context, and session date
- Assess backend systems — CRM data, actual response times, conversion rates, and internal processes are not visible to AI-RADAR
4. Confidence Grades
Where possible, AI-RADAR grades the confidence of its findings:
- HIGH — directly and publicly observable (schema markup, mobile responsiveness, review count)
- MEDIUM — inferred from testing or indirect signals (response time, checkout friction)
- LOW — requires backend access to verify accurately (actual conversion rates, CRM data, email open rates)
Low-confidence findings should be treated as hypotheses to investigate, not confirmed facts.
5. Third-Party AI Providers
AI-RADAR is powered by Anthropic's Claude. By using this service, your submitted business URL and qualification answers are processed by Anthropic's API. Anthropic's own privacy policy and terms apply to that processing. We do not control and are not responsible for Anthropic's AI outputs, model behaviour, or data handling practices.

6. Your Right to Human Review
Under GDPR Article 22, you have the right to request human review of any automated decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects. If you believe your AI-RADAR assessment has incorrectly affected a significant business decision, contact us at contact@cubink-digital.com to request a manual review.
7. Report Accuracy & Updates
AI capabilities, platform coverage, and digital best practices evolve rapidly. A report generated today may not reflect the state of AI platforms in 3-6 months. We recommend reassessing your business periodically as the AI landscape changes. Cubink Digital is not obligated to update or revise previously generated reports.
