• Contact information: Your full name and email address (provided during sign-up)
• Business information: Your company website URL
• Qualification answers: Your responses to the 9 assessment questions
• Qualification score: The numerical score calculated from your answers
• Assessment result: Whether you were approved, waitlisted, or declined
• Report data: The AI-generated assessment report associated with your submission
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, referral source (collected automatically)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data for the following purposes:

• To generate your personalised AI-RADAR business assessment report
• To deliver your report via email
• To follow up regarding your assessment results and next steps
• To manage your status in our CRM (GoHighLevel) for ongoing communication
• To improve the quality and accuracy of our assessment tool
• To comply with legal obligations

4. AI Processing Disclosure

AI-RADAR uses artificial intelligence to analyse your business. Specifically:

• Your submitted business URL is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for automated analysis
• Claude crawls publicly available information about your business website
• The analysis is fully automated — no human reviews your data before the report is generated
• Report content is based solely on publicly accessible information and your qualification answers
• Anthropic's data processing is governed by their own privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy

You have the right to request human review of any automated decision that significantly affects you.

5. Data Storage & Processors

Your data is processed and stored by the following third-party services:

• Val.town — Report storage (SQLite database, EU region)
• Make.com — Automation and workflow processing
• GoHighLevel (GHL) — CRM and email communication
• Netlify — Website hosting
• Anthropic — AI report generation
• Google (Gmail) — Email delivery

We ensure all processors maintain appropriate data protection standards.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

As a user based in the EU or elsewhere, you have the following rights:

• Right of access: Request a copy of all data we hold about you
• Right to rectification: Correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")

• Assessment reports: 12 months from generation date
• CRM records: Until you request deletion or unsubscribe
• Email communications: 24 months

After these periods, data is permanently deleted unless required by law.

8. Cookies & Session Storage

AI-RADAR uses browser sessionStorage (not cookies) to temporarily hold your name, email, and URL during the assessment flow. This data is cleared when you close your browser tab. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels at this time.
