Q: Do we have to pay anything upfront?

A: Yes, a one-time break-even deposit of $[Amount] to cover system setup 

and 30-day test campaign infrastructure (SMS, AI processing, A2P registration). 

After that, you only pay for results—abandoned checkouts converted to 

completed purchases

Break-even guarantee: If our performance fees don't reach your deposit 

amount during the test, we refund the difference. If we generate way more 

value than your deposit, you keep all excess revenue—no extra fees on the 

surplus.

Optional: If results blow your mind, you're welcome to share a portion as 

a thank-you gesture to help offset our test investment. Totally voluntary.

Q: How is our brand and reputation protected?

A: Your reputation is paramount. We operate as a seamless extension of your 

brand, using AI to mirror your tone, voice, and values in every message.

Our AI analyzes your existing brand communications (website copy, product 

descriptions, customer service style) and adapts messaging accordingly. 

Messages are personalized per customer based on what they abandoned and 

their behavior patterns—not generic templates.

If you ever see a message that doesn't feel right, simply flag it in the 

WhatsApp group and we'll adjust immediately. Most clients never request 

changes because our AI captures their brand voice from day one.

We also handle all SMS compliance (TCPA, opt-outs, do-not-contact lists) 

so you're never at legal risk.


Q: What if we don't like working with you after we start?

A: No harm, no foul. Either party can terminate with 30 days' written notice.

If you decide to end the partnership:

• You pay performance fees for any recoveries through the notice period

• Break-even deposit is non-refundable (it covered setup costs already spent)

• You keep all recovered revenue generated during our time together

We're not after long-term contracts or retainers. We earn your business by 

delivering results, period.

Q: Who owns the SMS messages and customer data?

A: You own 100% of your customer data—always. We're simply a data processor 

acting on your behalf.

The SMS message templates, AI prompts, and recovery framework are Cubink 

Digital's proprietary intellectual property. However, any brand-specific 

adaptations (your product descriptions, brand voice, etc.) remain your 

property.

If you want to license our AI recovery system independently after the 

partnership ends, we can discuss separate licensing terms.

Q: How quickly will we see results?

A: Timeline breakdown:

• Week 1-2: System setup (Shopify integration, A2P registration, AI training 

  on your brand)

• Week 3 (Day 1 of test): Campaign launches, first SMS messages sent

• Week 3 (Day 2-3): First recovered sales typically appear

• Weeks 4-6: Performance optimization based on data

• Week 7 (End of test): Full 30-day results review and decision point

Most clients see their first recovered purchase within 48-72 hours of launch. 

Full performance trends become clear by Week 4.

Your 30-day test period starts when we launch (after setup is complete), 

not when we sign the agreement—so you get a full 30 days of active recovery.

Q: Do we need to have regular meetings?

A: Nope! Everything happens in a dedicated WhatsApp group (you + your team 

member, us + our tech specialist). 

You get real-time updates, respond when convenient, and nobody's calendar 

gets hijacked. In 95% of partnerships, we never need a single meeting—the 

WhatsApp group handles everything faster.

If something complex comes up (rare), we can always jump on a quick call.

Q: What third-party costs should we expect after the test?

A: During the 30-day test, we cover all operational costs (SMS delivery, 

AI processing, platform fees).

If you continue after the test, you'll assume these third-party operational 

costs. The exact amount depends on your cart abandonment volume and messaging 

frequency, but we provide full transparency and you pay providers directly 

at wholesale rates—no markup from us.

Our compensation remains purely performance-based (X% of recovered revenue). 

We're paid for results, not infrastructure.

Think of it this way: During the test, we prove the ROI. After the test, 

you take control of the operating costs because the economics are proven 

and you can optimize based on your specific goals.

Q: What if the test doesn't generate enough to cover the deposit?

A: We refund the difference. Simple as that.

Example: Deposit = $1,000. Performance fees earned = $700. We refund $300.

You risk nothing beyond the initial deposit, and even that's partially 

protected by our break-even guarantee.

Q: Can you solve other issues beyond cart abandonment?

A: Absolutely. We're AI infrastructure builders—we create custom AI solutions
